Is there a way to have users see Request#'s by default?
With notifications going back and forth, it's sometimes helpful for techs and users to be able to see the request #'s by default.
Is there a way to set it up so that all users will have the request ID's shown by default in their list of requests? As it is, I have to document how to add this, and some of the users are not well versed in following complex instructions.
