Is there a way to globally apply a Notification Profile/Rule.

I am new to OpMan so please forgive if this is a simple question. I am looking to apply a global notification policy for every server that we are monitoring for simple ping. I can do this manually per machine, but with 300 machines that is a bit of a task. Is there a way to globally apply a notification profile/rule to every device?
