I've recently taken over for the individual who was in charge of our ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus environment.
I've been tasked with clearing out all of our old Change Requests that have been floating around as the system wasn't really being utilized. We have a plethora of Change Requests from Stage 1-6 going all the way back to 2017. The majority of these have been closed or completed but never on the Change Request side.
Is there a way to 'bulk complete' all of these older requests?
If I have to do them one by one, that's also an option, however, when I attempt to change the stage, I get a message that the field has been disabled. If I want to enable it to close these open changes, where would that be located if that's an option?
