Is there a way to automatically set the "Email ID to Notify" field based on other criteria?
I'm looking for a way to automatically be notified when a request assigned to a certain group has been resolved. I see there is a setting in mail settings to notify a technician when a request is closed, but there is not an option for when a request is resolved. Also, this is not ideal because I will receive notification for ANY closed request on the system, not just requests in my group.
I'm wondering if there is a way to automatically add my email address to the "Email ID to Notify" field when the request group or category is set to my group. Currently I am editing every request that comes in to add myself to this notification.
