Is there a "Make ALL Conversations Public" option for SD Plus?
Hello,
Our comany has an automated system that's configured as a Technician and auto-completes some specific requests for us - including making notes, attaching output documents, and sending automated e-mails.
Among the things it does is send an acknowledgement with important output information to our e-mail when the request is completed, and attaches that e-mail to the request for the requester to view, and then closes the request right after.
The issue is that the attachment is private (I read that if the requester isn't included in the conversation as To: or CC: its private by default), but the requester needs to have access to this attachment and view the output information for auditing and finance purposes.
This causes our automated process to have a manual interruption, where an actual tecnician has to go to the request and manually make that conversation public so that the requester can see it. We have a large quantity of these calls, and we wish to find a way to make all conversations public, or some sort of work around so that the whole process can be automated without any interruption or intervention from our part.
