Is there a LOG entry made when a request is deleted?
I understand that when a request is deleted, it is deleted ENTIRELY from the DB -- but is there a log history of the deleted request? It would be helpful to know WHEN it was deleted and by WHO, even if we can't recover the request itself.
If there is a table I can query, that would be great.
