Is the self-service portal BROKEN for everyone since updating?

For the last two months my SSP has been nothing but broken. The design changed to have huge fonts, it can't be sorted by name, and you have to scroll way to the right to find the Install button. My opened ticket from 6 weeks ago just says that it will be fixed in an update. I've updated twice since then and still no fix.
