Is the remote control software in DesktopCentral the same application as the remote control software in ServiceDeskPlus? 

If so, why do I sometimes have trouble running the remote control in one, but it works in the other? 

If not, why isn't it the same package?  If they're different, I basically have 3 remote control software programs installed on the same systems -  Windows Remote Assistance, DesktopCentral remote control and SDP+ remote control?  Does this make sense?
