Is the Availability view on home tab reporting incorrectly?

I have two monitor groups set up in Application Manager 9, each of which has 3 url monitors within them. At one point, for about a minute, the server that App Manager is installed on lost connectivity to the internet and those monitors were shown as "down" for about 2 mins.

I went in to the individual monitors and deleted the episodes of downtime but at the dashboard level the availability for today is still showing as 99.71. Is this wrong?
