Is SDP multitanent?
Hello,
we need to establish a helpdesk-system for our internal customers and in addition for our external customers (having support contracts to).
Is it possible to customize SDP this way?
Is it possible to present each external customers company there own UserInterface.
Is it possible to establish unique queues f�r each customer and each project / topic?
