Is OpManager speed deficient?

Hi all,

I am running the latest version of OpManager in a 32-W2K3 SP2 environment. Database is MySql option which came with OpManager.

The hardware is an HP Proliant DL380 G5, Quad Dual Core 3.2GHZ, 4GB RAM. The database has been disk separated physically and is stored on a Mirror array all by itself.

Logging into OpManager takes between 10-30 seconds. Viewing any device in OpManager can take from 60-300 seconds.

I have less than 500 devices currently being monitored. Can someone please explain to me where the bottleneck in my configuration is? Does this database need to be migrated to a high specked back-end SQL server? Can that even be done or do I have to start over...
