Is OpManager right for me ?

Im looking for a monitoring/alerting package that will monitor everything from ping times & availability of a server, to service status on a server, uptime, disk space, ram usage etc, as well the ability to email and sms alerts on outages. Ideally the package would support agents on remote machines as the monitoring server and the monitored server will be on seperate networks/domains/subnets etc (ie my server will be at a co-lo centre and the client server being monitored will be on the otherside of an adsl line)
I've looked at a lot of open source packages, but while they all offer great features, they are a pain in the a**e to setup and configure and they are all very idiosyncratic in their interfaces.
Can opmanager do this ?
