Is it possible to set threshold values on multiple servers?

Is it possible to set threshold values on multiple servers?

Is there a way to set and configure resource thresholds accross several machines simultaneously? I know I can add a monitor, and I can add a notification using configuration wizard, but I can't seem to find a way to configure thresholds using it. Am I just missing something?
