Is it possible to put Task Templates into groups
I have hundreds of Task Templates for different Requests/Changes and I was wondering if it's possible to group them somehow so they don't need to be selected/added manually each time a new request is raised
Let's say User Setup group (only user setup tasks) or Server Setup group (only server setup tasks), etc...
Any advice?
