Is it possible to assign the Comments (pre-defined/default) while creating the Task Template, similar to the concept of creating the Service/Incident Template with a pre-defined (default) resolution?
We are actually auto. populating pre-defined Tasks whenever a New Joiner process is triggered.
For Example :
Task 1 : Create an Account
Task 2 : Create Email
Task 3 : Prepare the Laptop
Now, in-order to close the Request, the owner need to resolve all the tasks associated with the request with the Task comments where we have mandate "Comments" in our Task closure rules. Usually, our technician mention the pre-defined tasks comments (such as "Resolved") in each Tasks.
Is it possible to defined such pre-defined comments whenever a Tasks is been triggered associated with the New Joiner Request.
