Is it possible to populate the Description in a user record with the value of the Title Field?
In our environment, we store the employee's job title in the description field (on the General tab) as well as in the Title field on the Contact tab. The Title field is a dropdown list but the Description is a text field so we have to type the value in. We'd like to populate the Description with the value in the Title whenever the title is changed, to ensure they contain the same value. Is this possible with some kind of automation or user modification rule?
