Is it possible to integrade ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and ADManager Plus for new user accounts creation with as little work as possible using the automation?
Completely new to this all so sorry if this doesnt make alot of sense. Ive looked over a few tutorials and I just saw that you can input the user info manually through ServiceDesk rather than directly into ADManager. Is there a way to just take the user info from the onboarding request, automatically filling it in and creating the user with all required fields pre-specified by me when creating the automation? Also I am open for any tips to make the best out of this all!
