Is it possible to create a canned response in notification templates with a contact's first name only?
Hello,
In the notification templates section, there's a part for creating canned responses. We can use the variable for contact name, but the pulls the contact's full name, while we only want the first name. We want to say "Hello John," instead of "Hello John Doe,", as this sounds more natural.
Is there any way to pull only the contact's first name?
