We already have the ability to select some different fonts in the customize menu, but our team has asked about adding more options to the list. What I am wondering is if we can add fonts to our installation, even if we have to do it manually? 

We have the on-premises version of service-desk plus, currently on Build 11307 although we do want to update soon.

The reason for this is that we'd like to provide more options for technicians with disabilities such as dyslexia, so that they can use a font that works best for them.
