I'm trying to determine if I am doing something wrong with OPManager. I've tried OM several times over the years. The UI, reports, posibilities and cost keep bringing me back, but every time I do come back I get frustrated. Frustrated because I have trouble getting it to work.
For example a simple test I perform is the 3 basic Resource Monitors CPU, Disk and Memory using WMI. I am using the product to check domain servers using the domain credentials. One serverA I will get results for CPU and Memory, but not Disk. On serverB I will get Disk and Memory but no CPU results.
I try to use different login accounts but I still have trouble. My results are not any better if I use SNMP either.
If I test with wmimgmt.msc I am able to connect to the remote servers from the OM server. If I use another product like OM I get the results I am looking for.
However, cost contstraints and other factors keep me looking at OM.
Do you have these same problems and just live with them?
Do you have the problems and resolve them?
Do you not have them at all and I am just an idiot that doesn't know how to configure my way out of a wet paper bag?
