IPSLA agent manual configuration

We have an issue regarding SNMP read/write community, necessarily to configure Cisco equipments for WAN RTT Monitors.
By your information, OpManager use only read community to gather data, but in order to configure the equipments write com. is necessarily. We do not want to configure automatically those equipments allowing OM to use write com.
Please be king and provide us some information "how to" configure manually IPSLA agent.
The Cisco eq. that we monitor are: 2800 Series, 7000 Series, 6500 Series.
