Hi,

an iPhone was prepared with apple configurator and was already successfully managed. But within the last days (due to a recovery via icloud) the device didn't contact the mdm anymore (no contact since may 25th).

Looking at the iphone the mdm profile is installed. So a new installation is not possible.

Does anyone has hints?
