iPads no longer get "App Catalog" app after enrollment process

Hi,

I'm really hoping someone can help me, we have just changed our firewall solution from Microsoft TMG Forefront Security 2010 to Dell SonicWall and we can no longer complete the enrollment process.

When we issue an enrollment the following happens:

1. The user receives the email successfully;
2. The web link opens successfully and allows the passcode to be entered;
3. The MDM Profile successfully installs;
4. The process switches back to the Safari page to notify that the process installs successfully;
5. The final step, where the "App Catalog" app installs on the iPad DOES NOT OCCUR.

Since step 5 never happens, the device sits in "Enrollment Pending" and we cannot therefore add the device to a managed profile and deploy apps.

We have checked and can confirm that all relevant ports are open on our Sonic Wall:

Desktop Central's Proxy Setting has been changed from the decommissioned TMG address to a Direct Connection and I can confirm that I can successfully download patches from the internet so this would mean that Desktop Central can get out to the internet.

What could be stopping the final stage of the enrollment process from completing?

Can somebody help me?
