We have an iPad that won't load the MDM profile. It's been enrolled, the device shows up in our inventory, the serial numbers match, the profile has been loaded and MDM is showing as the Device Management profile, but the device is still showing as a non-managed device - i.e. our apps are not showing/hiding, kiosk isn't loading, etc.

I've done factory resets, etc. Still no change.

Any thoughts?
