Hello Support,
We're in the process of evaluating NF9. We're currently assessing the IP SLA features. After applying the feature on two devices we noticed an inconsistency with configurations applied.
On the first device the following configuration was applied:
ip sla 104
icmp-echo 21x.xx.xx.xx source-ip 21x.xx.xx.xx
request-data-size 24
tos 30
timeout 60000
threshold 200
owner NetFlow
ip sla reaction-configuration 104 react rtt threshold-value 200 150 threshold-type immediate action-type trapOnly
ip sla reaction-configuration 104 react connectionLoss threshold-type immediate action-type trapOnly
ip sla reaction-configuration 104 react timeout threshold-type immediate action-type trapOnly
ip sla reaction-configuration 104 react verifyError threshold-type immediate action-type trapOnly
ip sla schedule 104 life forever start-time pending ageout 60
On the second device with identical IOS version and capabilities:
ip sla 105
icmp-echo 19x.xx.xx.xx source-ip 19x.xx.xx.xx
request-data-size 24
tos 30
timeout 60000
threshold 200
owner NetFlow
ip sla schedule 105 life forever start-time pending ageout 60
Is there a reason why NF9 applies the two different set of commands?
Regards
Clinton
