I just recently installed OpManager on a new Windows 2008R2 server.  I am trying to bind OpManager to one specific IP address.  I am stopping the OpManager service, making the changes in the tomcat server.xml file, then restarting the service.  But when I restart the service, any changes I made are gone.  I am running OpManager build 8811.
