Hi,

I use IP group to match AF21, 22, 23 and CS2.  but I can see QoS has AF21 and Others.  how to explain others shows in QoS settings?

Also, I saw unknown APP and Unknown protocol in conversation under same IP group. is it the root cause? Any ideas how to troubleshoot this issue?
