IP Address Manager - support group / subnet hierarchy in tree
In "IP Address Manager" -> "Network Details" view:
The tree display on the left should support a true hierarchy of:
- networks: for subnetting (breaking a network into smaller parts = subnets), subnets should be displayed as a child of the original network, and only the subnets should get scanned
