I have a Cisco N540X-16Z4G8Q2C-D router currently running IOS XR 7.7.2,
and I need to upgrade it to version 7.11.21 (the latest available).

Based on the Cisco version matrix I found, I can see that 7.11.21 is
available for the 7.x family.

My questions are:

1. What is the recommended upgrade path from 7.7.2 to 7.11.21?
Should I do it in steps (7.7.2 → 7.8.x → 7.9.x → 7.10.x → 7.11.21)
or can I jump directly to 7.11.21?

2. Are there any known issues or considerations when upgrading
the N540X series from 7.7.2 to 7.11.21?

3. Any tips or best practices before performing this upgrade?
