We face a problem as topic suggests with ios app crashing when performing a specific set of actions. 

Issue:

The app crashes when request is opened using a link and the Conversations button is pressed. 

How to reproduce:

1. Copy a link to existing request 

The format we tested is below 

2. Open a link on iphone, service desk plus app should launch with the ticket open

3. Scroll down and press Conversations button which results in app crashing 

Our environment:

iphone 12 mini tested on iOS 15, 16 and 17

Service desk app version 7.0.1
