IO Operation Failed, No Certificate Found

IO Operation Failed, No Certificate Found

Hello, during a scan of the same subnet, some servers certs are found while others, I get "IO Operation Failed, No Certificate Found" - However these servers DO have a certificate on them. What does IO operation Failed mean?
