Hello,

I'm using the inventory feature software grouping to group software together independet from their version.

However, new versions don't get automatically added to the group, even though the option "Add the following versions of XYZ automatically" is enabled.

For example I had a software group "Wireshark" I added a few months back. The parent version was 3.0.2.

Now, some many month later we deployed newer versions of Wireshark. Latest version now is 4.0.8. Inbetween we deployed version 3.6.5 and 4.0.0.

But all these version were not added to the software group automatically.

What is the problem here? Am I doing something wrong?
