Inventory Scans Failed

Hi,

I have been trying to scan the inventory for my PC and a few other laptops where a DC Agent in installed. However, it is always failing.

My firewalls are disabled and I have done all the things mentioned in the troubleshooting tips.

Any other reason that the scans keep failing?
I have already managed to conduct a patch scan for all the devices that is managed by DC.

Please help!
