Is it possible to have the Inventory Scan run more than once a day?

When I go to:

Inventory>Action/Settings>Schedule Scan

I have created a Inventory Scan but it seems that I can only configure it to run once a day.

Can it run every couple of hours?

Is "software" included in the Inventory Scan?
