Inventory Report

Inventory Report

I need to run a report that shows all of our workstations and their warranty info.  I need the following columns:  System Name, Remote Office, Operating system, Manufacturer, Model, Warranty info, and OU the system is located.  We have our systems in OUs by department.
 
Does anyone know a way to do this?
 
Unfortunately, I do not know how to write a custom query.
