inventory of assets not connected to network
We are evaluating Service desk plus 4.0. I want to know is there any tool by which we collect the information from remote assets and import into SD+.
Lot of users are travelling or sometime the assets are placed at a place where no connectivity is available . Domainscan can not work. What should be done in such cases.
