Hi,
A client has a problem that some PC with Solid Edge X version and Service Pack B, and the inventory shows the same PC with Solid Edge X version and Service Pack A and Service Pack B.
After uninstall agent, remove PC from the Desktop Central panel and install the agent, now inventory shows the correct information.
How could I reset, remove or force to update the inventory for a PC and not to spend much time uninstalling, removing,.... ?
