Inventory - DCOM error
i am clicking the 'scan now' link in the inventory tab, and i receive an error message which states,
"Either access denied for the user or the remote DCOM option might be disabled in the workstation" the typical fixes seem to have no effect.

the error on the top of the page appears to be exactly my problem, but when i follow the steps to correct it, my computer is already configured correctly. any tips?
