Inventory Database Integration with ServiceDesk +
One of the features I love about DesktopCentral is that one Agent can do all of the scanning and be displayed on both DC and SD+ but integration is limited.
Asset Tag information is not shown in DC
Shipping and Warranty dates acquired by DC are not shown in SD+
System information is now shown in SD+ when DC agent is the one doing the scanning.
it would be great if all of the information is display on either SD+ or DC.
