Invalid value specified for parameter "changePwdButton

I'm testing the Service Desk Plus system and I'm not able to change the password for the administrator account.

I'm running the system on windows server 2016 datacenter.

Attached is the print with the error "Invalid value specified for parameter "changePwdButton".

Where should I change this parameter?
