UEM Remote Access Plus add-on for AssetExplorer
Further, the erstwhile System Tools add-on is now known as the UEM Remote Access Plus add-on. The remote ITAM capabilities that are part of the add-on now leverage the new, unified agent in AssetExplorer and offer the following advantages:
Monitor the processes, services, software, users, etc. on your organization's remote computers.
Assist employees or technicians wherever they are with text, voice, and video chats.
Boot up remote computers that are down on-demand, individually or in bulk.
Get a quick overview of the notable changes in AssetExplorer with the release of the new agent on our website.

Note: With the new agent, there isn't any change in the features and capabilities of the AssetExplorer and Desktop Central integration. However, as you upgrade to the latest builds of AssetExplorer when they are released, your existing integration with Desktop Central might become incompatible since the corresponding Desktop Central installation also needs to be updated with the latest PPM. Until next time,
