Introducing Announcements in the MDM Admin App

Stay connected with your managed devices and users with the Announcements feature, now available directly in the ManageEngine MDM Admin app. You can create and distribute announcements to devices and groups, view announcement details and track their execution status all from within the app. This makes it easier to manage communications and keep users informed without switching between platforms.

What's New?  

  • View Announcements: Access the list of existing announcements directly from the app.

  • View Details: Check announcement details and the devices or groups to which they have been distributed.

  • Edit and Distribute: Edit existing announcements and distribute them to the required devices or groups.

  • Create Announcements: Create new announcements and distribute them to selected devices or groups.

  • Track Execution Status: Monitor the execution status of announcements to stay updated on their progress.

Steps to Get Started

  1. In your MDM Admin app, navigate to Announcements by opening the More tab and tapping on the Announcements Section.




  2. Under Announcements, you can view the list of existing announcements. You can then select an announcement to view its details, including the execution status and the devices or groups to which it has been distributed.



  3. Existing announcements can be edited, deleted, or redistributed. Edit an announcement to update its content, delete it to remove it from the list, or distribute it to send it to additional devices or groups.



  4. To create a new announcement, you can select the option to create an announcement in the list view, enter the required details and distribute it to the desired devices or groups.
