Frequently in the current version of opmanager, I'm encountering the error pasted below, when I go to view Alarms.  When this ocurrs there are no TABS available to click, so I must click my explorer BACK button and re-click the ALARMS tab.  Just a moment ago, I encountered the error 4 consecutive times, and on the 5th attempt, I was able to view active alarms.

What could be happening?  How can we fix or troubleshoot this problem?  My SQL connection is good, since I can get everywhere else, this seems to be a problem with active alarms page.
