Hi

 

I am not able to get OpManger to intergrate with ServiceDesk Plus. I am getting the Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high error.

 

I have been through all the groups etc and removed any special characters. I have tried local admin user and domain user but still no joy.

 

Is there anything else that I need to check?
