Intergrate OpManager with Servicedesk Plus
Hi there,
OpManager build 11600
I tried to integrate it with SDP by going to Admin > Add-On/Products Settings > ServiceDesk settings
I've provided all the fields and also the sdp.keystore file as requested.
When clicking on the Test Connections and Save button, it showed an error:
Check for service running at https://server.domain.com:443
Any advice?
