Interfaces not appearing on dashboard

Hi.
i downloaded the trial version of netflow analyzer onto a cisco 2610 router.
i have confihured it as in the help section. i have enabled the netfloe command on all the interfaces.
in the dashboard only the Ethernet interface comes up and none of the serial interfaces.
if i do a "show ip cache flow" only the ethernet is sending data and none of the others
is there any thing i can do other wise.
