Interfaces, Disk Util, Exchange, UPS Load Issues

Issue 1.

All my interfaces are getting NA, however I can click into it and see what traffic is going on. I had this problem about 6 months ago and thought typing this in mysql, update MetaTable set ENDTIME=UNIX_TIMESTAMP(NOW()) where lookuptablename = 'ifraw' and endtime=-1; - would fix it, like it did before. However now all my interfac es are gone. Deleting the device and adding it back doesn't fix and rediscovery the interfaces didn't fix it either.

Issue 2.

My disk util on a linux server will come up 100% sometimes. I'll go in and test the monitor and it goes back to 6%.

Issue 3.

Exchange, doesn't work at all. In fact it hasn't worked since I upgraded to 7025 a a few weeks ago. The support.opmanager.com/sd/AddSolution.sd?solID=26401 link doesn't fix it because all 3 processes are listed. I sent my support information file to you last week Tuesday.

Issue 4.

I have a UPS, everything works except the UPS Load graphic. I have a UPS Load monitor and it works, so why doesn't my graphic work? How do we point these graphics to the monitors anyhow?
