Interface not discovering for Cisco 2900 and 1900 routers

Interface not discovering for Cisco 2900 and 1900 routers

I recently installed Op Manager in one pc and added two router for monitoring purpose. But I am not able find interface details. I have done the rediscovery and deletion/addition. What could be issue?
