Hi,

 

I recently added 9 virtual terminal servers in OpManager to monitor services. Everything worked fine but suddenly our Terminal Server named TS3 started to give the error message: Interface 'Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Network Connection-Local Area Connection' is down. The other devices are working perfectly.

 

TS3 does have a Local area connection that is working.

 

We used the Intel(R) PRO/1000 adapter but changed it to another adapter. I logged in into this server and went to Device Manager but the Intel(R) PRO/1000 adapter isn't there (which is good). Also searched in the Hidden Devices section but without any result.

 

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
