I have a machine with 3 NIC's (2 disconnected, 1 active) running Win 2008. The active interface is being monitored under interfaces. I continue getting the alarms

 

"Interface down : ifIndex.10:"

 

Could anyone tell me what does this alarm refer to and how can i stop this?
